45-60 minutes Pilates

Well done for visiting the 45-60 minutes page! It is great that you are making the time to take these classes, which are exciting and challenging!! Whether you are practicing at a Basic, Intermediate or Advance level, maintaining the flow of a class for this period of time will give you a full and comprehensive workout. Flowing from one movement to the next without a break is challenging for both body and mind so if it is all getting a bit too much, just pause the video and take a moment of relaxation… you will see that over time your stamina and focus will improve and you will be able to maintain the practice for longer and longer!
