The Over Ball is an incredibly versatile accessory that is often used in Pilates classes. It is about 20cm in diameter and can be inflated or deflated easily to fit to the aim of specific exercises. The inflatable nature of the over ball allows us to use it in different ways: adding resistance, creating instability, supporting the body or providing tactile feedback to the neuromuscular system.
