Advanced Yoga

The Advanced level classes have been created for those of you who have been practicing Yoga for a considerable time and find it easy to follow the Intermediate level classes with precision and control. New layers will be added on top of the Basic and Intermediate one and the flow and pace will be upped in some of the classes as well. Please remember that rather than a just being a goal the Advanced level repertoire is a way to progress your practice and enjoy your achievement when we are ready for it. 
Different teachers offer different approaches to this level so go ahead an experience this variety for yourself.
