Michaela Clarke

Highly experienced, Michaela teaches classes and workshops in London, has developed yoga series for television and is the author of two books: Ashtanga Yoga for Women and Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners. Michaela is keen to emphasize yoga not just as a tool for increasing strength, flexibility and physical fitness, but equally as a moving meditation which leads to peace of mind, the ability to focus, and a greater capacity for happiness.
