Intermediate Yoga

The Intermediate level classes are a great way to offer more challenge to those of you who have been practicing Yoga for a while. These classes feature postures and routines that are appropriate for those who can follow the Basic level classes with flow and control, and most people stay in this level for a long time as it offers an amazing scope to refine and improve your movement and ability. Intermediate level classes still include basic level elements with the addition of higher-level repertoire so that we can enjoy the full spectrum of movements and utilise them in many different ways. You may want to experience the different approaches to intermediate level Yoga that our teachers  offer, or try a new Yoga style to add another dimension to your workout.
