60 minutes Yoga

Well done for visiting the 60 minutes page! It is great that you are making the time to take these classes, which are exciting and challenging!! Whether you are practicing at a Basic, Intermediate or Advance level, maintaining the yoga flow for 60 minutes will give you a full and comprehensive workout. Moving from one posture to the next without a break is challenging for both body and mind so if it is all getting a bit too much, just take a moment of relaxation in Child’s pose… you will see that over time your stamina and focus improve and you can maintain the practice for longer and longer! Enjoy :)
