Amanda Free

Amanda was first introduced to yoga in 1983 in Los Angeles. Her teacher was Bikram Choudhry, the founder of Bikram yoga. Amanda has spent the last 30 years expanding her knowledge and she now teaches Vinyasa Flow classes at her Surbiton studio along with the hot yoga classes. Amanda lives happily with her two daughters. She is forever grateful to her friend Dotty Candler for introducing her to Bikram and changing her life for the better.
