Class 3 of the Ashtanga Beginners' Course. A recap of Sun Salutation A and B, followed by the first three sets of standing postures. This class will help you work on your balance and flexibility with a series of forward bends, side stretches and twists. Pay attention to foot placement and alignment cues as you work through this class. As before, repeat until you have memorised the sequence, then move onto class 4 of the course.
