Yoga Intro For The Pilates Practitioner Program
This programme was created for the seasoned Pilates practitioner who has never (or hardly ever…) done Yoga, and would like to have a taster of the different styles of Yoga we have on the site while maintaining their regular practice.
For best results make sure you do each of the weekly classes at least once. Feel free to repeat your favourite classes a number of times each week.
