
Slightly more challenging than the basic 20 minute practice, this class takes you through key poses of a sun salutation, a mix of standing poses, seated and supine postures with a focus on opening up the hips, finishing with some earth breathing to ground and soothe you at the end of the practice.

I normally do more Pilates than yoga but today felt I needed some stratching after a whole morning of cooking for the family. Feels better now even though holding a downward facing dog is not a relaxation position for me just yet :)
