Pilates introduction for the Yoga practitioner program
This program is designed for Yoggies who have never (or hardly ever…) done Pilates, and would like to have a taster of the different styles of Pilates we have on the site while maintaining their regular practice.
For best results make sure you do each of the weekly Pilates classes at least once, alongside your Yoga practice. Feel free to repeat your favourite classes a number of times each week.
