Basic Level Yoga Program

If you are making your first steps in the Yoga world or just prefer to practice at a Basic level, this program is perfect for you! From week to week you will feel fitter, stronger and more flexible and on the way, you will get to meet many of our teachers and different styles of Yoga. Enjoy :)
