Certain times of the year make us more aware of the cyclical nature of life. September is one of those times… after the summer months it is time reignite our movement and fitness routine which can be a bit gruelling, but can also give us with an opportunity to start fresh - to re-explore the body and what it can achieve; to surprise ourselves with the realisation of how much we already know and how quickly we can get back to feeling good about ourselves!
