The Holiday Season is nearly upon us, which means that sticking to your routine in the coming weeks is most likely going to be very tricky.. Pre-Christmas drinks and parties, the holidays themselves, kids being out of school… Unfortunately, for most if us this means that the few precious hours a week we dedicate to movement and exercise are going to be affected too.
This month we have collated tips and classes that will help you feel better by adding simple movements to your everyday life. So even if you don’t have the time to exercise properly, you can still feel good in your body throughout the day! The trick, of course, is to actually do these as regularly as you can… ;)
