Pilates Class 360
A great short sequence to open the chest and “invite a deeper breath in”. The class moves quite quickly and covers quite a few variations standing, lying down and sitting. Benjamin is using hand weights at the end of the class so grab yours (or 2 bottles of water) if you want.
