Think this is a very good remedial class for someone like me with a back problem as it is slow and gentle but gets all the movements. Would like some more classes from this instructor but I note she is to in the drop down menu so can't specify her

Really enjoyed this class, just what I needed. Something slow but gave me some stretching. Shall be doing this again for sure.
