Some interesting movements but i found the instructions difficult to follow without spending too much time looking at the screen
I really enjoyed this class. It's gentle and thorough while challenging breathing and stability. I'm feeling more sure in my body after completing it!
Lovely. Some great cues and variations. Loved it.
