Slow class full of detailed explanations that can help you feel better in your shoulder, neck and spine and work your Abs nicely but without too much strain. The seated section is quite long and can be difficult if you are not flexible in your Hamstrings and back, in which case grab a Yoga Block or a thick book to sit on if necessary.
