Pilates Class 381

Pilates is known to be focused on the Abdominals… but the main goal in Pilates is actually to create balance between all body parts and all movements- front, back and sides. This short class is focused on the back muscles, taking you through exercises and variations that will warm you up, mobilise and then strengthen your back muscles. If your posture is rounded forward and your chest and front are tight- this is the class for you!
