Holy crap! Did this class after a 20min rowing session. Thought I'd challenge my core muscles just a little more to finished out my 30 min of work out time. Mission accomplished! Very challenging class with minimal, simple movements to concentrate on. New go to when I'm looking to change things up.

Perfect class for when you have only a few minutes. Benjamin has such a fantastic way of getting the maximum out of every second of practice. I always feel great after the challenge of his classes.
