A little workout that works towards “defying gravity”… carrying our body weight against gravity as we have to do in real life all day long. The exercises are simple and straight forward, but the real “joy” emerges in the variations and transitions offered by Benjamin.

Holy crap! Did this class after a 20min rowing session. Thought I'd challenge my core muscles just a little more to finished out my 30 min of work out time. Mission accomplished! Very challenging class with minimal, simple movements to concentrate on. New go to when I'm looking to change things up.
Perfect class for when you have only a few minutes. Benjamin has such a fantastic way of getting the maximum out of every second of practice. I always feel great after the challenge of his classes.
