Pilates Class 354
A challenging class with some variations not often seen in the Mat. Excellent for those with shallow breath or imbalances, this class has a strong emphasis on aware of your lungs, the rib cage and how Pilates exercises can increase “capaciousness” of both. Grab Hand-Weights or 2 small bottles of water for the end sequence of the class if you can.

I have asthma and found that focus on the breathing very useful
Who said Pilates isn't aerobic? :) I was really catching my breath at some parts of this class. Good little sequence with the handweights at the end too.
Great. Pushed me that little bit further.
