A quick and high energy class that will get you working all over!! This class flows from one exercise to the next assuming you are familiar with the exercises at this level. If anything is too much or too quick, just stop for a minute to watch and then re-run it and join in.

Some poor technique here with a lot of belly bowing out. Less focus on feet and more on core for this level I think. Will not go on my favourites - the first not to. Jill sandfor
Best class yet . Suits my needs for a quick but challenging class
Great class, fits a lot into 20 mins and a nice core workout too!
