A great intro to Pilates for everyone and maybe more specifically to those who are a bit more stiff… Get on the Mat and do this class every day for a week and see that you will feel its benefits! Grab an elastic band or a belt to help you stretch your Hamstrings.

Fantastic explanation of leg circles with opposite hip control.
For someone with tight hip adductors this organized and concise 10 minute session is wonderful.
