Pilates Class 236

A short class appropriate to the 2nd and 3rd trimesters - focused on the lower part of the body - strengthening and stretching the legs, while paying attention to your posture and abdominal use. The class is done against the wall, but will not require too much wall space. We also used a small ball, so grab one if you can but if not- you should be able to do these 2 variations without the ball, as long as your back can easily slide on the wall.
