
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1373
This practice ebbs and flows between postures that emphasise stretching and those that challenge strength and stability. The stretches are slow and deep and focus around the hips, legs and trunk muscles. The challenging upright postures require strength and balance – both from the legs and the arms. Enjoy :-)
