Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1371
A moderate pace but challenging practice with a strong focus on: 1) Opening the front of the body, working towards peak pose of the wheel and 2) Carrying the weight of the body on the arms. Jeff is using the wall A LOT in this class so make sure you have a clear wall-floor space to work in and please be VERY careful when it comes to some of the more risky variations that might require a teacher assist if you are not sure of yourself!

Tough but very good - certainly couldn't do all of it but lots to aspire to! The man is a gymnast......
