Hatha Yoga Class 1327
This class opens both the back and the front of the body. Enjoy softer openings alongside some more dynamic stretches for the back, abdominals, legs and hip joints as well as a lovely finishing Yin posture to lift the breath high in the chest. Grab a couple of Yoga blocks and bricks as well as a couple of blankets.
