Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1303
A feel-good sequence of yoga floor work. The class starts with hip opening poses and then moves on to working on the spine and the core. Keep an open mind… you might try new things in the class today :) Please have a yoga block (or a few thick books/ firm pillow) and a yoga strap (or a belt) next to you.
