Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1299
A relatively gentle practice with focus on breath, ease of movement and steadiness. The class starts with a long sequence to calm the body and improve breath capacity and progresses to a series of standing and seated postures that moves and opens the whole body while staying tuned to the breath and being grounded. Please prepare a yoga strap (or a normal belt) and a yoga block (or a thick book)
