Hatha Yoga Class 1283
This class warms you up with a few sun salutations and then takes you to the ground to practice seated postures with a lot of breathing and “staying in” positions. Throughout the class April will be reminding you of the use of the eyes – the drishti (“looking place”) to help with honing your attention, and improving your focus.
