Dynamic Warrior with Twists and Backbends. Liz creatively sequences Warrior Poses and breath work, weaving twists to cleanse the spine and rejuvenate the nervous system. Backbends will enhance respiration and the ability to ‘breathe freely’ on the mental as well as the physical levels. This class challenges the practitioner in these sequences, which flow to peak poses. The Camel pose, a wonderful heart opening backbend, is introduced.
