During this 30 minute class Nabhi Kriya for Prana-Apana is introduced which continues to work on strengthening the navel point but also incorporates a beautiful heart opening sequence at the end. It is essential to strenghten the navel in order to fully stay in the heart centre. Other benefits include toning the abdominal region, increased general strength and digestion and can even help relieve mild depression.
