This class is an edited version of 3 shorter classes by Stewart, allowing you to enjoy a longer, uninterrupted practice. The class starts with a sequence on feeling heat build in the core with some fun variations on the traditional Jivamukti Sun Salutation and Sun Salutation A. The class then moves into some deep, heart opening postures where Stewart wants you to experience the freedom that comes from deep back bending postures. The last 30 minutes are for all Inversion 'junkies' J Turning things upside down can help us gain a different perspective and let go of fears of moving forward.
