I love this class. Perfect pace to get moving first thing in the morning.
I have 2 questions - 1) when I do the leg circles I’m unable to separate my legs while straight very far. How should I modify the move until I get more flexibility? Should I bring the lower leg up? Bend the lower leg? Or just do the circles at a much lower angle?
2) Also when I do the leg circles (and other moves that I cannot remember now) my hip pops. Is that normal? Should I modify?

Lovely flow. The slow pace is more demanding. Feels like a good all round stretch and toning workout.

Have just returned to Pilates on Demand having been busy throughout the summer months. This class was perfect to get me back into 'Pilates mode'. I did it first thing in the morning and it was great way to start the day.
