Strengthen your feet, ankles, calf muscles and inner thighs and improve your posture in this quick routine with the Magic Circle. You can also do the class with an Over-Ball or without props (just visualise you have it…). Thank you for this class; it really emphasises how little we pay attention to our ankles and feet despite the amount of time we put pressure on them - mine really felt it during this short class.
I found the foot exercises that you recommended at the start of this class (241), did that session followed by this and WOW! my legs and feet are zinging!!! Brilliant classes! I thoroughly recommend them :-)
I like the way you are facing the wall. It gives great stability.
