This is such a great session especially as my feet get sore. Makes my feet feel so much better and less stiff. Also helping my foot control and co-ordination in other exercises the more I do this session. Would love more of these devoted foot sessions.

Wow! I have flat feet and I'm just to always have tension and a vague pain in my feet. After this excercise they feel light and loose! Think I will do this daily

I am glad to hear you liked the class. As you now know, it is not as simple as it looks and working the feet can be quite challenging!
Seeing all your knuckles requires both mobility in the foot joints and strength in the foot muscles. I would definitely recommend massaging your own feet using your hands and/or rolling the feet on a tennis ball in order to improve the mobility of the joints. Use your hands to “shape” the feet into the dome- where you can see all the knuckles and/or shape your feet around the tennis ball to get the same effect.

Better practice this one,didn't even see one knuckle!surprised no cramp,but does feel good afterwards.

This is really hard, Particularly, doming the big toe and then the little toe. I think it will be awhile before I acheive that

I really like this class! However, I don't see all my knuckles (mainly the big toe one). Will that get better with more training, or should I also do some stretches for the back of the foot?

Wow this gave me really bad cramp and my toes want to stretch instead of dome! I will try again though because it felt good to just work on feet. Hopefully I will be able to see all of my knuckles soon!
