Definitely 'Intermediate' for me in terms of some of the concepts, however as this is the first class of Siobhan's I've done it may be more to do with me getting used to her descriptions. I do a lot of cycling and often experience lower back and quad tightness. Many of these stretches really 'hit the spot', enabling me to identify some additional areas of tightness I hadn't been aware of. I found the class really beneficial and will definitely use it on a regular basis. Thanks Siobhan!

A low intensity informative class, joining up the dots of knowledge - fantastic. Great to spend time focusing on understanding how to open up and stretch out around the hips. As a runner this area has over the years become tighter and I only now realize how important it is to spend time on this area. Thank you Siobhan

This class was unusual in a good way. Not sure I did everyhting right but I do feel very stretched and long.

Absolutely loved this. It enabled me to really feel where my body was going - not always possible during a faster paced intermediate routing. Siobhan's cueing really helped me take the knowledge I've gained from many years of practice to another level. More, please!

Thank you for your feedback Sylvia. I agree that this class can be used by people at a Basic level, but as the description says- it was created with the idea of giving people at an Intermediate level a "break from the usual classes"- an opportunity to feel their body in a different way. Hope you enjoyed the class :) Amit

I think this should be reclassified as a Beginner's class!
