Oooh this was a bit different for an intermediate class, I thought a lot of it was pretty tough - that's good though! Starting straight with roll downs was a bit of a shock first thing in the morning so a bit of a warm up would be helpful for my back...

The video stops at 12:12, I tried it repeatedly, it always stops at the same time / excercise, i. e. after the open leg rocker has been completed

Great class. I liked the fast rhythm and the emphasis on the arms even in the exercises that are not strictly arms related.
