This class is a full body workout at a moderate pace and will feel great when you want to do a solid workout but without pushing yourself too hard. In the class Nikki takes you through familiar intermediate level repertoire with some twists and variations that include using the magic-circle.

Some exercises were challenging but it was easy to take them down a level.
