Thank you Katherine. I am glad to hear you found it helpful :) I find that the combination of using the breath in with making sure you roll back from the tail (and not the head) does the trick every time :)

Thanks great to get a stronger feeling for how the breath can support the movement. I found it easier on the flexion and extention than on the sideways movement which seemed more subtle.
I really like this focus, it's nice to feel like honing a skill as well as doing a work out.
