Pilates Class 238
This short class is focused on the forearms, wrists and hands. We use small hand weights (half a kilo) that can easily be replaced by small bottles of water or narrow cans. This is a great class for EVERYONE as it targets the tension and weakness accumulated from hours of sitting on a computer and using hand held devices.

This is great. Only 10 minutes long so easy to fit in. Really good for my wrists an hands, will try to do this every day!
Loved this class and could really feel it in my lower arms and wrists.
