By cutting on the number of repetitions and maintaining a relatively quick flow, Amy will take you through quite a number of exercises that will work out your whole body, from head to toe…in all possible directions… in just less than 10 minutes. Wow! And if that is not enough… Amy also talks you through the benefits the exercises offer to the health of your organs. If you have the stamina that allows you to do the exercises and yet hear these thoughts then you must be doing well!! :)
