Strengthen your arms, legs, core and back using the elastic bands. This can be a challenging class for Basic level but the flow is slow so you can follow it easily and sit out anything that is too much for you today.

Thank you Anoushka. I feel wonderful after this class. Like Wilma, I did find my bands too short when sitting on them and doing the mermaid stretch. I'm not sure if it's because my bands are relatively new and they'll stretch or whether there are different lengths. The instructions was excellent and I particularly liked the emphasis on the breathing as many online pilates classes don't focus on this. The reminders to inhale and exhale are excellent for someone like me who tends to hold their breath! Really enjoyed this class and I will definitely come back to this one.
Thank you Anoushka I enjoyed the class but I found my band to be a bit too short! It is a Pilates stretch band so I am surprised with this. Also, I would have liked to have been able to go back and observe some of the exercises again before doing them, but found this wasn't possible with my iPad. I will be doing this class again though as it will be great once I am "familiar" with it.
