Very good class and it can be done easily without a band if yours is shrivelled and you need to get a new one. Thanks Julie
Really enjoyed that and I felt the band helped my position. This was first pilates in months as I had an accident skiing and then surgery on my knee. This was nice and gentle, I just skipped the last bit as my knee won't take it yet! But feeling much better after this.
