Pilates Class 209
A short class for the third trimester although also appropriate for the second trimester as well as for the immediate period after you have given birth. This class is focused on mobilizing and opening the upper body; stretching and improving blood flow and circulation in muscles and other soft tissues that tend to get tight due to pregnancy and breast feeding. Sitting on a fitness ball will get your pelvic floor and core muscles kicking in as well, but the routine can be done sitting in a chair, standing or in a high-kneeling position as well. Enjoy.
