This is a great little video for an evening wind-down after a day spent on the computer. I've done it a couple of times at the end of the day, and I expect it will become part of my routine, as it really helps loosen up my back.

My back did some popping and clicking during the 10 minutes - just what I needed as I am so stiff and achy. I would love more quick targeted sessions like this, please as it is so effective. Is there one to ease the lower back?

Fabulous work out and much more effective than the physiotherapist's massages to relieve the pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I try to do it several times during the day at work but it's more effective when I follow the video (:-)) Maybe the slower pace is fundamental. Thank you

For someone with knotty shoulders and a stiff lower back this is great ten minute quickie to just wake up and loosen in the morning (or whenever!) Nice gentle twist for the lower back too which feels good. Will endeavour to squeeze this in every morning.

My job is one where I constantly sit at a computer. I have seen mymposture become very rounded and tight. This session is one that I will do every day to help me with that. It is a very nice way to start or end the day. Amit does a great job explaining and demonstrating.
