I have the most tremendously knotted shoulders and back from carrying my 9 month old baby and I feel like I have just been carefully creaked back into some kind of alignment. Will definitely be doing again. Loved it, thanks!

Fabulous work out and much more effective than the physiotherapist's massages to relieve the pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I try to do it several times during the day at work but it's more effective when I follow the video (:-)) Maybe the slower pace is fundamental. Thank you

For someone with knotty shoulders and a stiff lower back this is great ten minute quickie to just wake up and loosen in the morning (or whenever!) Nice gentle twist for the lower back too which feels good. Will endeavour to squeeze this in every morning.

My job is one where I constantly sit at a computer. I have seen mymposture become very rounded and tight. This session is one that I will do every day to help me with that. It is a very nice way to start or end the day. Amit does a great job explaining and demonstrating.
