This class is exactly what you need after a run, a workout in the gym or just at the end of a long day. Just stretch, relax and feel good. Make sure not to over-do any of the stretches and to use deep breaths in order to feel your body letting go rather than tightening and resisting the stretches

Have looked at this website over the last year and have been extremely impressed with amits classes,totally addicted now that I have joined up!!.... Household tasks have gone by the wayside I'm afraid!!
