A great class for everyone, at ALL levels. Focused on upper body mobilisation and stretches to reverse the effects of gravity, work stations and many forms of daily tasks that make us tight across the chest and in the upper body. Feel like a new person in just 10 minutes :)

This was a useful class as I have slightly restricted movement in one shoulder due to RSI. The physio has discharged me but I still find mobility exercises valuable. Thank you.
A perfect start to the day!!
I absolutely love this routine. I have a muscle spasm in my shoulder and this is a great way of stretching it out and really opening the upper back. I also find it very relaxing so is great to do on an evening after sitting at a desk all day!

Hi Teresa. Thanks for your comment! I agree that the head is not in line with spine when Kamila is side lying, but it does not ALWAYS have to be in line with the spine... as long as there is no pressure on the neck and the person is not uncomfortable. And you can hear me say that if you are uncomfortable then you can take a cushion/pillow to place under the head... Hope you enjoyed the class otherwise :) Best Amit
Head is out of alignment with spine in the side lying exercise and needs a cushion.
Perfect to de-stress! My toddler even joined in..
