A gentle beginner sequence of floor and core work. The sequence starts with hip opening poses, progresses to spine twists and ends with core and back strengthening moves. Please have a yoga block next to you (or a few thick books/ firm pillow)

Hi Thea. I agree that this is not a typical Vinyasa class, but Jean asked to film it as she felt it is important and can be beneficial for people who practice Vinyasa flow.
