30 minutes of constant movement and flow. This class allows you to check if you can perform the exercises well in a slower and then a faster version. The general rule is that you can perform the exercises faster as long as you can maintain good form and alignment so if it feels too quick for you today, feel free to keep it a little slower.

I really enjoy most of your videos, but I'm very confused with this class. It it marked as advanced, but most of the exercises are the basic or pre-intermediate level. Is there a good reason why this is considered an advanced workout?
loved this class especially the upper body work
I just started my trial membership and have tried 4 videos - this is by far the best. He is a wonderful instructor who concentrates on continual movement from one exercise right into the next. He simple and direct in his instruction. You know exactly when to inhale and exhale. I absolutely love the fact that he keeps conversation to a minimal and its 100% instruction. I'm definitely going to seek out his instruction.
